Zostel : Capstone Project
Goal : Increasing Revenue from 9cr to 22.5cr in 12 months
Engaged with 100+ Zostel customers to pinpoint their concerns. Based on these invaluable insights, we crafted
a 12-month roadmap for Zostel, zeroing in on:

Swiggy - Acquisition
Spoke with more than 30 Swiggy customers and gathered insights. Based on the insights, proposed a new strategy to acquire more customers and modified & redesigned their current referral program.

Swiggy - Onboarding
The current Swiggy onboarding appears satisfactory, but user insights and market trends suggest significant room for enhancement in its onboarding funnel. I analyzed user activation metrics, teardown every screen, and restructured the flow.

Based on user insights, understood the current Engagement & Churn reasons for Swiggy. Proposed 5 new strategies to improve the Engagement and decrease the churn.
